PUMPKINS ARE HERE:  Thanks to 50 people or more, unloading the BIG truck of pumpkins last Tuesday night went very smoothly.  This was our biggest load ever (1,326 big ones and over 1,000 small ones) and took about two hours to unload.  Thank you everyone and most stayed for a great meal of ‘Hotdogs and more – much more) afterwards.  You people are truly the greatest.  Thank you for your much needed help.

THE PATCH IS NOW OPEN DAILY from NOON till 8:00pm on weekdays and Sundays.  On Saturday we’re open from 9:00am – 8:00pm.  We have lots of available work slots of 3 hour shifts.  You can email me, call or sign up this Sunday.  Help is needed for every shift this Saturday.  Let me know if you can work and if you’ve never done it before, relax, we can show you everything you need to know in minutes.

JOIN US FOR SUNDAY SCHOOL THIS SUNDAY AT 9:30am and WORSHIP AT 10:45am.  This Sunday my message will deal with the problems and adversities we face in life.  The reality is “Life Is Very Messy!”  However, you and I were made not only get through the messes of life, but conquer them.  Invite a friend and join us at 10:45am.  The service will conclude with several people joining the membership of our Church.  If we’ve discussed this in the past, this is your Sunday.  If we haven’t and you are interested, contact me ASAP and let’s talk.

SUNDAY NIGHT AT 6:00pm:  We will continue working through the Lord’s Prayer and what exciting discussions we’ve had.  When this is finished we’ll immediately go into how to “KNOW IT’S GOD SPEAKING TO US” and not some other voice.  You need to be in this service.  The TEENS under the leadership of Pastor Matt Waldrep will run the Pumpkin Patch Sunday night (6pm) while having a variety of activities and bonfire.  Kids, invite your friends for a great night.  Contact Pastor Matt at matt@mariettanaz.com for more information.

PRAYER REQUESTS:

HEATHER FLETCHER… that her platelets will increase.  Have been dangerously low.  (She was our inspiration Tuesday night counting pumpkins as they came off the truck).

DONOVAN… Kelly Kerr’s newborn nephew.  Is in an incubator and being fed through his nose.  Glucose levels are extremely low.  He’s gained 3 oz this week and as of yesterday weighed 3lbs 15oz.  Pray for him, his parents (Dad is out of work).

GEORGE CLARK…receiving antibiotics every day for sepsis.  At this point things seem to be under control, but this is dangerous and we need to keep him in our prayers.

BOB KUTAS, KATHY COLEMAN (doing quite well), JO WILLIAMSON, DIANE HILL.

PRAY FOR OUR PUMPKIN PATCH THROUGHOUT THE MONTH THAT WE CAN TOUCH THE LIVES OF MANY PEOPLE AS THEY COME ONTO OUR CAMPUS.  PRAY FOR OUR SUNDAY SERVICES AS WELL.  SEE YOU ALL SOON!!
